The "Tattoo" is one of the bottom end of the range, but its still a very good quality instrument with its laser etching based on a Polynesian tattoo design. As well as my Pineapple Soprano there is a Concert Figure 8 Tattoo.
The Ukulele itself was made in China at the same factory as a number of my other Soprano's. If you look at the fretboard shape and the headstock side curves you can spot the similarities, particularly with the aNueNue Bear. However it was cheaper than the bear and I think, for the money it costs new, this is the best Ukulele in the price range. It is Mahogany Laminate, (as you would expect for the price), but it has a good solid tone and plenty of of volume. It came with Aquila string and a good gigbag but I have changed the strings, (to differentiate it from the Bear).
